• IMPORTANT! Online vouchers are strictly only valid when presented at the Spa with the online order number. After your purchase, you will receive an email payment receipt - this includes your order number - please ensure the order number is sent to the voucher recipient.

• If you purchase multiple vouchers for the same amount (e.g. 2 x €100 vouchers in the same transaction) you will receive one printable download to print off/email. You must include your order number with each voucher.

• Vouchers are valid for 5 years from date of purchase & are non-transferable.
