Spa bookings can only be accepted on receipt of credit card, laser card or gift card details. By booking a treatment you are automatically accepting the Spa's terms & conditions.

What to Bring

We provide a robe & towel service for treatments that include access to the Thermal Spa. If using the Thermal Spa, please bring swimwear. Please hand robes & towels back to reception on departure as failure to do so will mean your card will automatically be charged €100.

Thermal Spa

At Rainforest Spa, we have an indoor sauna and steam room and outdoor hot tub on our deck for you to enjoy.  Access to the thermal suite is automatic for guests who book treatments worth €60PP or more. Guests who do not have automatic access to the thermal suite can pay €15PP for one hour’s access.

In the interest of other guests, please adhere to the one-hour time guidelines allocated to you to enjoy the Thermal Spa alongside your treatments.  In the event that the thermal facilities are out of order, no refunds or discounts will be issued as this does not affect your treatment(s). In the event that you lose your locker key, a Lost Key Charge of €20 will be automatically applied.

Your Appointment

To maximize your experience, we ask you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will be used for your personal consultation and for you to relax into our surroundings. We require that all new clients fill out a health questionnaire before their treatment. Failure to arrive before your treatment to allow time for this may result in your appointment time being reduced.

Overnight Spa Breaks

Treatments included in Overnight Spa Breaks must be pre-booked directly with Rainforest Spa by phone or email. Likewise, if you need to cancel your Overnight Spa Break you must also cancel your treatments directly with Rainforest Day Spa using the contact details provided above - otherwise your card provided to the Hotel will be automatically charged for your treatments.

Health Conditions

If you have allergies; are pregnant; have high blood pressure; a heart condition or have any health/skin conditions, however minor, you are obliged to advise your therapist(s) verbally on each visit before each treatment. Please also advise us of any health conditions when making your booking.

Spa Etiquette

The Spa is designed to be a calm and relaxing environment and for this reason the use of mobile phones is prohibited. We also ask that you respect other Spa users by speaking quietly whilst in our relaxation area and throughout the facility. Any loud & unruly behaviour in any area of the Spa may result in you being asked to vacate the premises, forgoing your treatment(s) that will be charged.

Cancellations/Late Arrivals/Payment

We require a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice and a minimum of 48 hours for groups of 5 or more. A 50% cancellation charge will automatically be applied for any treatment(s) not cancelled directly with Rainforest Day Spa at least 24 hours prior to appointment time. Cancellation within 12 hours will incur a 100% charge.

Arriving late may interfere with your treatment and in some cases we may be forced to reschedule your appointment. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed.

We accept cash, laser and all major credit cards. All prices are quoted in euro and are subject to change without prior notice.

Gift Vouchers

Treat yourself or a someone special to a Rainforest Day Spa Gift Voucher. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase; are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Voucher code must be quoted at time of booking and presented on the day of treatment.
