This unique Programme is PRIVATE to you; it does not require you to travel to weekly meetings so you can do it from the comfort of your own HOME anywhere in the world and is designed to be SIMPLE way to permanently improve improve your weight loss & wellness.

Andrea Vard - Rainforest in-house Nutrition + Lifestyle Coach
Andrea takes pride in helping clients reach a level of optimum health whilst preventing the onset of chronic illness using a combination of exercise and functional foods. Andrea is a member of the Rainforest Studio teaching team as one of our experienced Pilates instructors.
Andrea is an ITEC Fitness Instructor, ITEC/ACSM level 2 personal trainer, STOTT Pilates, Barre Concept and Rebounding instructor. She holds a CI Level 5 Diploma in Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching.

No, this is not a diet it is a lifestyle reset. You will be eating real whole nutritious food that will help you shed weight and feel better without the hassle of calorie-counting; restrictive meal plans or weighing.
Can I eat out?
Absolutely. You will learn what the better menu options are for you and to enjoy sharing food socially.
Can I drink alcohol?
While it would be easy for us ask you to cut out alcohol for 10 weeks - this is real life and we want you to adopt this lifestyle change permanently.
