Preparing for your treatment
For ladies, no physical preparation is necessary. Turn up and enjoy!
For men we recommend shaving prior to having a facial for maximum
comfort and beneft to the skin, other treatments require no preparation.
Meeting your Needs
Upon your arrival at Rainforest Day Spa, we will conduct a brief consultation to ensure that you experience treatments best suited to your needs. Please advise your therapist(s) verbally if you are pregnant, if you have high blood pressure, a heart condition or have any health issues which could affect your treatment when making your reservation.
Our therapists are experienced in all treatments and would be delighted to assist in planning a spa programme. You should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that you fully enjoy the exclusive facilities at the Rainforest Day Spa.
Late Arrivals
In the event that you are running late, we will endeavour to conduct your full treatment. However, please note that the treatment may need to be shortened should there be another booking immediately afterwards.
Male Therapists
Please note we employ male therapists at Rainforest. If you prefer not to have a male therpiast, you MUST inform us before your arrival.
Hotel Bookings
If booking an overnight spa break, you MUST book your spa treatment directly with the Spa - and if a cancellation is made, you must cancel direclty with the Spa also.
Spa Etiquette
To preserve the harmony within the spa kindly turn of your mobile phone.
Clothing
Swimwear is mandatory in the communal suite.
Payment & Cancellation
We accept cash, laser and all major credit cards. All prices are quoted in euro and are subject to change without prior notice.
A 50% cancellation charge will be incurred for any treatment or spa programme not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to appointment. Cancellation within 12 hours will incur a 100% charge.
Thermal Facilities
Access to the thermal facilities is priced at €15PP for one hour.
Customers who buy spa treatments over €50 can ejoy one hour’s free use of the facilities. Please respect these time guidelines.
